Loved, loved, loved!
Lady Astrid Everleigh has to find a way to keep her younger sister out of the hands of the man who ruined her prospects of a good marriage over ten years ago. She only sees one way to prevent this from happening. For her to marry the Duke of Beswick also known as the Beast of Beswick. He's terribly scarred, angry, grumpy and a recluse. But can she get him to agree?
Thane and Astrid share fun banter that I loved. They try to protect themselves from falling in love with the other. He's certain that she'll leave because everyone does. She doesn't want to be fooled again like she was in the past. I loved Thane. I loved Astrid.
