Just a little found word poetry from my last journal. These were the wrap up pages I did so I could make on to my current journal. Off to create some Heart Soul Magic! xo Alicia

There has been quite a bit of growth going on over here. All month especially with the The Art Journaler's theme this month of " Inviting Growth ." I made it a point to write out the questions/prompts that were given, in my written journal. That helped me see the parts from the past that I was still hanging on to. And that made it easier to  release these obstacles. Gearing up for November. xo Alicia

I'm still fighting through the want of doing nothing. Exercise has become a struggle. I'm still doing it but my body feels so fatigued after. I'm still moving through. I finally purged two boxes of unused clothes. Next things that are just laying around. Forgotten supplies for crafts I no longer practice. Maybe some paper too. I kinda drowning in it. Actually this means journals need to be made. xo Alicia

These last few weeks since I returned from Seattle, I've been in a holding pattern. I had these plans to come home de-clutter, purge and move forward. I have been unable to do any of this. Nothing physical is holding me back, it's my ego. It's afraid to actually move forward. There I admit it. I hope that by acknowledging this out-loud, I came finally do something about it. Fingers-crossed. xo Alicia
