I did not read as many books as I usually do. I was sure that with the self-quarantine order keeping us inside, I would read more but that didn't happen. I had a hard time concentrating. And since I quit smoking a few years ago, I now find myself dealing with anxiety. But I'm managing it with breathing exercises, yoga and meditation.
