It is not easy to shift your focus back to healing. Especially when life is throwing all kinds of bullshit your way. And its even more of a challenge when the bullshit isn't yours, its just rubbing off on you. Meditation has been an important key to shifting my focus, because I haven't been able to release through exercise. I pinched something in my shoulder area. Not fun.
Art journaling is also another form of meditation for me. Off to meditate.
