I'm reading The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron and started the Morning Pages practice. The first morning was actually easy and it all came pouring out. The second morning was harder to get out. It felt like I was all over the place and I had to pause to think at what I wanted to get out. This past weekend my morning pages were all about letting go of the past. Healing this particular phase in my life and ultimately finished with forgiving my self for these missteps and realizing that they are/were lessons to grow from.
