Well...it finally feels like I'm coming out the other side of this weird funk I was riding.
I started with Pilates again because I really think my body needed a change of pace. I plan on incorporating some Yoga because I've been feeling a strong pull toward it.
I've also been creating more frequently. Which has felt so good. Because I had not done so in quite awhile. Painting magazine pages to add into some handmade art journals. Sketching mandalas and other pieces. There seem to be so many possibilities right now.
