Pause to Enjoy...





I hadn't realized the break I needed from the internet. I set at few posts to automatically post while i was away. So I had nothing to think about or do the first week of September. This mini break has me thinking it would be a good idea to take these type of breaks a little more often.
I also did not art journal last week. I resisted the urge to catch-up? Who was I trying to catch-up to anyway? My body and mind were telling it was time to rest and I'm glad I listened.
