I'm still learning to let go. Each lesson is different from the last. I'm still trying to figure out what the lesson is here. It happened once to me earlier this year and again just this past weekend. The first time this happened I wondered if it was about me or the other person involved. So it left me confused. This time the situation made me sad. It doesn't help that I've been holding a lot of things in either. xo Alicia

There has been quite a bit of growth going on over here. All month especially with the The Art Journaler's theme this month of " Inviting Growth ." I made it a point to write out the questions/prompts that were given, in my written journal. That helped me see the parts from the past that I was still hanging on to. And that made it easier to  release these obstacles. Gearing up for November. xo Alicia
