Splendeur Caisse

My sister and I put these lights around the big window in the living room. They provide lovely soft lighting. Plus we haven't put up our tree yet, so this helps a little. This is the start of the new cowl I started crocheting on Thursday last week. I finished it Friday. I started a new scarf but haven't taken any photos. I finished it last night. And here is the scarf I showed you a preview of last week. I'm on a roll with the crochet! I wish I could go faster, lol! xo Alicia

source This weekend I plan on crocheting till I can't crochet anymore, make my holiday to-do list, maybe bake some cookies,  drink lots of coffee, hot cocoa & tea, plan out a few blog posts, and get lots of sleep. I got this box of yarn last Wednesday.  I wanted to just dive in and start  new projects. But I stopped myself. Cause their are two other projects I need to finish first. Like the scarf I started last week. Thanksgiving was good. I spent the whole day with my family. Sunday night a friend and I drove up to this spot for some girl talk and coffee. When I got home Sunday I finished this project! I took it apart twice! This weekend because it was too small, then too big! Finally got it right! Now to finish the scarf! xo Alicia

I love stopping at Target with my brother, the minute he sees the holiday section, he draws in a breathe of excitement and yells "Christmas!" Only a few more days till December and 30 days to my birthday! xo Alicia
