I thought I had photographed a few more of my found poems to share here. Guess not. I was too distracted last week. My cousin came for a quick visit because her Dad was having surgery. We managed squeezed in a few visits before she had to leave. I'll be seeing her again in about 10 days though! I'm travelling up to Seattle for her wedding. I'm really looking forward to this time away from home and what it will inspire creatively.  I need to think about what journal supplies to take with me. xo Alicia

Another of my found poetry. Last week, I did not create any found poetry. I just couldn't muster the energy. But that was all me. It was all in my head. I'm sure if I had just pulled out the magazines to see what words jumped out at me, the creating would have just come. All week I was fighting this ugly angry energy that would ebb and flow in me. I have no real idea where it was coming from but there it was. This week I plan on pushing through. xo Alicia
