source Yay, Fall is here! I just wish it was feeling fall like. Temps are still in the 90's. I picked up a new lamp from Target last week. I really love it. The lamp it replaced was too small for the space and too ornate, not my style.This one was perfect and on sale! I also picked up new notepads, gel pens and some skull socks. xo Alicia

 It's coming along and I couldn't be happier. Of course, I wish I could crochet faster. I did change the pattern up a bit. Insteasd of working two rows per color I decided to increase it to four rows. I'm debating if I should increase the rows again. xo Alicia

  Fall is almost upon us and that has me thinking A LOT about Halloween, hot beverages, new crochet projects and holiday gift ideas? I'm still working on the blanket I started a few months ago (update pictures soon). But that does not stop me from thinking of new projects. If only I could crochet faster! I can't believe September is here! I just wish it was cooler around these parts. It's supposed to be in the 90's week and all through next week! I'm so ready for the cooler weather. It was nice to be a part of the August Break. It gave me a nice mental break from blogging and worrying about content. My plan was to also get ahead and plan a ton of post. But I didn't really, just a few got mapped out. I finally sorted through the stack of magazines I've had piled on my bedroom floor for months! Also the stack of print outs I had on the dresser. It feels pretty good to have a few of the little messes checked off the to-do list. I think that is my strategy till everything is sorted through. xo Alicia
