Following the rhythms of life has not been easy. I've had one month off of exercise because I hurt my sciatic. I was angry at first because it felt like failure but really I think my body needed rest . And I'm looking forward to incorporating some yoga in to my life. I've noticed the signs the Universe has been throwing my way.
I had quite a few tough days leading up to the end of Mercury Retrograde. And even a few days after that. The energies going around were pretty heavy.
I pulled a muscle or hurt my sciatic and haven't been able to move my body (exercise) the way I like. And that left me feeling mildly depressed.
It might be time to start the pilates back up till I get myself to the chiropractor.
The only upside to all this is the sleep/rest that my body has been getting.
